Sales Director, USA - East:
The Sales Director is the face and the voice of the organization for his/her assigned geography, both internally and externally. They are in charge of driving execution of the corporate strategy through the business areas by championing core objectives and making sure that sales targets are met.
Additionally, the incumbent addresses customer needs and expectations and develops close relationships with external stakeholders, such as physicians and hospital leaders.
The Sales Director is responsible for Territory Manager recruitment, training, retention and career development. Identifying sales skill development and terminating employees who don't develop the necessary skills for sales success.
The incumbent will manage key accounts and also devise appropriate product plans and sales strategies to drive results within accounts.
The Sales Director must raise awareness to emerging customer trends and filter information up to the organization leaders.
Essential Functions:
Fully comply with the compliance/ethic/code of conducts requirements of Corcym; ensure people are conducting business in a fair and ethical fashion. Individuals in this role interpret and enforce company policy, procedures, and business practices.
